Time Control Neutralizer

“My granddad used to tell me stories about a Time Control Neutralizer. It’s supposed to be sealed in the Cat God statue in the Destiny Ruins.” - Cino

The Time Control Neutralizer is an ancient stone device introduced in Blinx 2: Masters of Time and Space and found in the Destiny Ruins. It gives the holder the ability to shake off the effects of any Time Control, giving the Tom Tom Gang a significant advantage against the Time Sweepers once they steal it. It is currently unknown how the device neutralizes Time Controls.

The device is used by the Bombay and his team to defeat Team Blinx in the Destiny Ruins, later analysed by Cino and mass-produced to give to all Tom Toms, allowing them to be impervious to time controls from that point onwards.
