The intention of this document is to act as a reliable and complete resource for information on the BLiNX universe as it is presented between the two games in the series. It does not, in any way, seek to provide information pertinent to gameplay, nor does it acknowledge elements only relevant to gameplay at any point, meaning it does not function as a guide of any sort. As such, certain concepts never meaningfully acknowledged in-universe, such as cat medals, will not be addressed. How this information should be used, of course, is entirely at the discretion of the reader.
This exclusion of all elements but lore is what distinguishes this document from other compilations of information on the series, such as the BLiNX Wikia or the information contained on the BLiNX: The Time Sweeper Weebly site. The combination of this document's information into such a source would be ideal is one was to desire to create a single massive source containing all possible information on BLiNX in its entirety, although much work would remain to do so. Nevertheless, the current state of the distribution of information on the series across Wikia, Weebly, YouTube, and now this document is likely less than ideal.
Unlike what would be (hopefully) seen on Wikia, sources are usually not directly cited in this document. The reason is that the vast majority of information is taken directly from the two games, although a small number of other sources were also used. Cut content left on the BLiNX 2 disc is occasionally referenced (though also acknowledged whenever this is done), as are the BLiNX 1 English and Japanese instruction manuals for a very small number of details regarding the Time Factory's operation. Information on the individual areas of World B1Q64 was taken from the Cool Master's Guide strategy guide, and Pelon's sex being male is taken from the Twitter of Naoto Ohshima, the director of both BLiNX games. The source of information on the language used in the opening of the first game is also provided in its respective article.
