The Time Factory CEO, also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Time Factory, Inc., is the highest known authority in the factory. He often appears alongside the Operator, who frequently relays any of his announcements to the Time Factory as a whole, as well as the third administrator.
The CEO also often shows a great degree of appreciation for those working in the Time Factory, particularly Sweepers that come to aid during a crisis such as the World B1Q64, Big Crystal, or World 5J7A incidents. He has personally shown gratitude to those who responded those situations, meeting Blinx as he exited World B1Q64, sending a transmission following the Big Crystal incident, and publicly expressing his admiration among others in the control room upon during the World 5J7A incident.
CEO most notably issued direct statements during the Big Crystal incident. Under normal circumstances, he is found in the control room on the top level alongside the Operator and the third administrator. He has demonstrated a considerable amount of knowledge of the universe with regard to time, recognizing the importance of the Big Crystal, Ruins of Time, and World A000 as well as explaining the concurrence of the universe's beginning and the creation of the Time Factory by the Goddesses. Additionally, he recognizes an ancient script used by Mina during the Big Crystal incident and is able to correctly conclude that the Big Crystal had been damaged, though he shows no sign of being able to read it.
CEO stands for 'chief executive officer', the most senior corporate officer, executive, leader or administrator in charge of managing an organization. CEO's true name is unknown.
- “Those letters… from the ancient alphabet. Something must have happened to the Big Crystal”
- “Gate Room, this is the CEO. I have a top-priority order. Open the gate to the Ruins of Time. Coordinates: zero!”
- “All teams, this is the Time Factory CEO. Someone has touched the Big Crystal and scattered it into fragments. They’ve set the universe on a path to utter destruction.”
- Blinx reminds the CEO of his younger self.
